Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
We ship from the UK. Depending on where you live, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees on delivery — these are set by your country’s customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t predict or refund them.
- UK: No customs charges.
- EU: Orders may incur import VAT and customs duties on delivery, charged by your local carrier.
- USA, Canada, Rest of World: Customs charges may apply on arrival depending on your country’s thresholds and rules.
If you’d like an estimate before ordering, check your country’s customs website or contact your local postal service.
All delivery times are estimates. While we ship promptly, we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates due to factors outside our control.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. To start a return:
- Log into your account at account.lastsevendays.com/orders.
- Select the order and click Request a return.
- Choose the items and provide a reason for your return.
- We’ll review and approve within 1 to 2 working days, then email you the return instructions and address.
- Ship the items back at your own cost using a tracked service.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your item arrives faulty, email info@lastsevendays.com with your order number and photos and we’ll cover the return shipping.
We don’t issue cash refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items. You’ll receive store credit or an exchange instead. If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, email info@lastsevendays.com with your order number and photos and we’ll cover return shipping and make it right.
