Shipping Policy

All orders ship from the United Kingdom.


UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: £4.99 (2–4 working days) — Free over £100
  • Express Delivery: £5.99 (Next Working Day — order before 2pm, Mon–Fri)
  • Orders placed Fri–Sun ship the following Monday (excl. bank holidays).
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Pre-order items cannot ship Express.

Europe Shipping

  • Tracked Standard: £9.99 (5–10 working days) — Free over £100
  • Tracked Express: £15 (2–4 working days)
  • All international shipments are tracked. Pre-order cannot ship Express.
  • Customs: Product prices include applicable taxes, but import duties/VAT may apply on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility.

USA Shipping

  • Tracked Standard: £20 (5–10 business days) — Free over £100
  • Tracked Express: £30 (3–5 business days)
  • Duties & Taxes: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and are set by US customs — we can't predict or refund them.
  • Shipping times may be longer for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO (5–20 business days). No PO Boxes or Lockers.

Canada Shipping

  • Tracked Standard: £20 (7–14 business days) — Free over £100
  • Tracked Express: £30 (3–5 business days)
  • Customs: Orders may incur duties/taxes on delivery — these are the customer's responsibility.

Oceania (AU, NZ) Shipping

  • Tracked Standard: £30 (10–15 working days) — Free over £100
  • Tracked Express: £40 (5–7 working days)
  • Customs: Import duties/taxes may apply on delivery — customer's responsibility.

Rest of World Shipping

  • Tracked Standard: £20 (10–15 working days) — Free over £100
  • Tracked Express: £30 (5–7 working days)
  • No PO Boxes or Lockers. Import duties/taxes may apply, customer's responsibility. Addresses must be entered in English.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items cannot ship Express or Next Day. If your order is £150 / $200+, we ship in-stock items first and pre-orders separately when they arrive.


Delivery Times, Liability & Address Errors

Estimates and delays: All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or any external disruptions.

Lost goods: All orders are shipped using tracked services. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit.

Incorrect addresses and returned packages: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and complete.

Re-delivery fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or failure to collect the package, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Refunds for refused or returned shipments: If you choose not to have the item re-sent, we will refund the cost of the goods only. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
