Shipping Policy

All orders ship from the United Kingdom.

Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday. This applies to all orders, worldwide. Dispatch does not take place on UK bank holidays. Orders due to go out on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: £5 (2–4 working days) — Free over £125
  • Express Delivery: £6 (Next Working Day — order before 2pm, Mon–Fri)
  • Orders placed Monday-Friday ship the following Day. (excl. bank holidays).
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Pre-order items cannot ship Express.

Europe Shipping

  • International Tracked: £18 (5–10 working days) — Free over £125
  • All international shipments are tracked.
  • Customs: Import VAT and duty are not charged at checkout for Europe, including Switzerland and Norway. Depending on your country and the value of your order, your local carrier may charge them when your order arrives, and may also charge a handling fee. These are set by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.

USA Shipping

  • International Tracked: £20 (5–10 business days) — Free over £125
  • Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and shown in your total before you pay. Whatever is shown is paid to US customs on your behalf, so you should not be asked for it again on delivery.
  • Shipping times may be longer for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO (5–20 business days). No PO Boxes or Lockers.

Canada Shipping

  • International Tracked: £20 (7–14 business days) — Free over £125
  • Duties and taxes: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the relevant Products reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Oceania (AU, NZ) Shipping

  • Tracked Standard: £20 (5–10 working days) — Free over £125
  • Duties and taxes: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the relevant Products reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Rest of World Shipping

  • International Tracked: £20 (10–15 working days) — Free over £125. No PO Boxes or Lockers.
    Customs: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the relevant Products reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items cannot ship Express or Next Day. If your order is £150 / $200+, we ship in-stock items first and pre-orders separately when they arrive.

Delivery Times, Liability & Address Errors
Please note that you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges imposed by your local customs authorities.
Estimates and delays: All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or any external disruptions.
Lost goods: All orders are shipped using tracked services. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit.
Incorrect addresses and returned packages: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and complete.
Re-delivery fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or failure to collect the package, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Refunds for refused or returned shipments: If you choose not to have the item re-sent, we will refund the cost of the goods only. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. For the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Rest of World, the duties and taxes charged at checkout are not refundable once your order has shipped, and are not included in store credit. If your order is refunded before it ships, they are refunded in full.
