Refund & Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. We don't issue cash refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items returned that appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered may be refused.
How to start a return
- Log into your account at account.lastsevendays.com → Orders → select the order → Request a return.
- Choose the items you want to return and your preferred outcome (exchange or store credit).
- We'll review and approve your request within 1–2 working days, then email return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the items back at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit on the way back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue store credit or dispatch your exchange. Allow 5–10 working days for processing.
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
- If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email info@lastsevendays.com with your order number and photos — we'll cover return shipping and make it right.
Faulty or incorrect items Email info@lastsevendays.com with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a refund (including original shipping if the order is faulty).
Sale and final-sale items Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
