Refund & Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. We don't issue cash refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items returned that appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered may be refused.

How to start a return

  1. Log into your account at  account.lastsevendays.com  Orders → select the order → Request a return.
  2. Choose the items you want to return and your preferred outcome (exchange or store credit).
  3. We'll review and approve your request within 1–2 working days, then email return instructions and the return address.
  4. Ship the items back at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit on the way back to us.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue store credit or dispatch your exchange. Allow 5–10 working days for processing.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
  • If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email info@lastsevendays.com with your order number and photos — we'll cover return shipping and make it right.

Faulty or incorrect items Email info@lastsevendays.com with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a refund (including original shipping if the order is faulty).

Sale and final-sale items Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
