These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by you (“you”, “the customer”) with LAST SEVEN DAYS LTD (“LAST SEVEN DAYS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our website or mobile website (collectively referred to as lastsevendays.co.uk or the “Site”).

By accessing or using our Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please ensure that you have read and understood them before placing your order.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Terms applicable to your order are those available on lastsevendays.com at the time the order is placed.

LAST SEVEN DAYS may restrict deliveries to certain regions or suspend dispatch during periods where adverse weather or operational issues make delivery unsafe or unreliable.

The presence of products on the Site at any given time does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or update any product at any time.

To maintain the quality and security of our services, you agree not to: • Upload, post, or transmit content that harms or interferes with our business or other users • Use automated tools (including bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to extract or harvest data • Attempt to bypass, disable, or damage security features of the Site

We reserve the right to block access or close accounts of individuals who breach these Terms.


2. Ownership of Rights

All content on lastsevendays.com , including text, graphics, photography, logos, and product designs, is the property of LAST SEVEN DAYS LTD and/or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.


3. Delivery

LAST SEVEN DAYS exercises the utmost diligence in processing and dispatching orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external circumstances.

You will be informed of expected delivery details during checkout and receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries: It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete. LAST SEVEN DAYS is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete address, or failure to claim the package:

  • Re-delivery: You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.

  • Refunds: If you choose not to have the item re-sent, we will refund the cost of the goods only. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.

4. Prices & Delivery Charges

All prices displayed on lastsevendays.com include VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs are shown clearly during the checkout process and vary depending on the shipping method selected.


5. Duties & Taxes

United Kingdom: All UK orders include VAT. No additional import charges apply.

European Union: EU orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees depending on your country. LAST SEVEN DAYS is not responsible for covering these costs unless explicitly stated during checkout.

International Orders (outside UK/EU): Orders shipped outside of the UK or EU may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

United States: Orders over $800 USD may incur customs charges, which LAST SEVEN DAYS does not cover.


6. Ordering

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not constitute acceptance—your order is accepted once it has been dispatched.

If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. If payment has already been taken, we will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.


7. Returns & Exchanges

You may return unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns are only accepted with original tags and packaging intact.

Items that appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

8. Accuracy of Information

While we aim to ensure that all information on lastsevendays.com is accurate and up to date, errors may occur. We do not guarantee: • Accuracy of product descriptions • Availability • Typographical error-free content • That colours displayed on the website exactly match the physical product

LAST SEVEN DAYS is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on the information on our Site.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAST SEVEN DAYS shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, revenue, or data • Delays caused by third-party courier services • Events outside our reasonable control

Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the total price paid for the products in that order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by courts located in England.
