Advanced Shipping Protection

Advanced Shipping Protection is an optional service from Last Seven Days. When it is added to your order, we will replace or refund your items if your parcel does not reach you in the condition it left us.

What it includes

  • Parcels lost in transit
  • Parcels marked as delivered that you did not receive
  • Items that arrive damaged

What it does not include

  • Delivery that is late but arrives
  • Parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout
  • Parcels refused on delivery, or returned to us unclaimed
  • Items held or seized by customs
  • Orders that have already been refunded or replaced

Reporting a problem

Email info@lastsevendays.com within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation, with your order number and what happened.

  • Marked as delivered but not received — please check with neighbours and anyone else at your address, and allow three working days from the delivery scan before contacting us. Parcels marked delivered often turn up shortly afterwards.
  • Damaged on arrival — please send photographs of both the item and the outer packaging.

We will replace the items where we can, and refund them where we cannot.

Limits

  • Applies up to the value of the items you paid for, to a maximum of £500 per order.
  • One report per order.
  • The protection fee is not refunded if you return your order. It is the cost of the service, not part of the goods.

Please note

Advanced Shipping Protection is a service provided directly by Last Seven Days. It is not an insurance product and is not provided by a third party.
